About STR Directors MasterMind Founder
Tristan Webb grew his Park City, UT area business to 96 luxury ski homes. He created a short term rental ordinance that was adopted by his city. He learned of the power of masterminds as he served as a Board Member of the Vacation Rental Managers Association (VRMA). He co-chaired the Government Relations and Public Relations committees. He co-managed production of the 21 episode PBS and Amazon Prime television series Getting Away Together, personally producing the Park City and St. George episodes. His company was acquired by Vacasa. He liaised on Vacasa’s behalf with governments of many cities to promote positive ordinances. He became a new home inventory sales leader for Vacasa. He consulted cities and developers, creating several industry leading purpose-built short term vacation rental communities including Paradise Village at Zion, Cole West Town Center, Cole West The 8th and others. He serves as Senior Strategic Advisor at Vintory. He facilitates over 10 groups and 100+ business owners in monthly MasterMind meetings. He combines his experience and expertise for the benefit of STR Directors MasterMind members to transform their businesses even beyond their own vision.
